"I enjoy going to this place. The owner Bin and his family are so welcoming every time we buy boba and bubble waffles. I love their sandwiches too. The drinks are very refreshing with fruit inside. Its nice to have an official boba tea shop like this so close to home instead of having to drive so far out for it. Highly recommend"

"Absolutely love this place! Their boba is always fresh and delicious, but what really keeps me coming back are their Vietnamese sandwiches (bánh mì) — SO good and full of flavor. The bread is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the ingredients always taste fresh. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast. This is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving boba and a great sandwich. Highly recommend!"

"I love this place and the staff. I will admit that I don’t go as often in the cooler months. I went recently for the second anniversary special price drinks and even after having not been in several months, I was met with a friendly greeting and the young gal remembered what I normally get. Because there were new drink options, I decided to step aside until I made my decision. Once I was back in line, Bin took my order. He also remembered me and even though it was super busy, he was friendly. This business is a wonderful addition to Los Banos. I also give them a lot of credit for putting up a small, non-perishable food pantry/shelving to help those in need. I personally have only 4 stars for atmosphere because I prefer a different type of seating style. I know they just made changes, and it is better than before; however, it doesn’t allow a group discussion for book club or ladies night out because we can’t pull chairs together and chat. It also makes it hard to get out on use the bathroom etc. if you’re the one sitting against the wall. With that said, I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND this five star business!"

"My favorite spot in town for bobba. Love the vibe inside, and the staff are friendly. So many varieties of drinks you can get and customize. Definitely recommend on trying it out. Plus, they stay open pretty late aswell."
